Who are the medical providers at the Health Center?
We have an integrated care team of experienced primary care and specialty care providers serving our members at The Health Center. Meet the providers here. Additionally, our Personal Health Navigators coordinate referrals across the top providers within the Mount Sinai Health System and beyond.
What are the hours of service?
Personal Health Navigators will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST to support Paul Weiss employees and dependents by phone and secure chat. Video visits will be available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST.
How do you schedule an appointment?
Self-scheduling of virtual appointments is available for primary and urgent care is available through the through the member portal. To schedule a specialty care virtual visit, contact the Personal Health Navigators by chat through the member portal or by calling 646.819.5100.
Do I need to supply my insurance information?
Paul, Weiss is sponsoring the expense for their employees and their families to receive virtual care through the providers at The Health Center. In the event that you need to receive care on-site at The Health Center or from providers outside of The Health Center, your care will be billed to your insurance. Once you have activated your membership, we ask that you upload your insurance information through the online member portal or in our app.
Where is The Health Center staff located?
Our team of Personal Health Navigators and care providers work from our flagship location is within 55 Hudson Yards in Manhattan, New York City. Additionally, our Personal Health Navigators can connect you with specialty care providers within the Mount Sinai Health System and beyond.
What is your relationship to the Mount Sinai Health System?
The Health Center at Hudson Yards is powered by the Mount Sinai Health System. The Health Center providers and Personal Health Navigators have the ability to seamlessly coordinate with and schedule directly with other Mount Sinai physicians and practices. Your medical records will integrate with other providers who utilize the same Epic electronic health record system.
Can I schedule and communicate with The Health Center online?
You can schedule a primary care or urgent care video visit through our online member portal or the app, or you can chat with our Personal Health Navigators to schedule a specialty video visit. You can also call our Personal Health Navigators at 646.819.5100 to schedule your visit, or discuss questions on billing, benefits, medical records, prescriptions, and more. The member portal is accessible by selecting “Member Login” in the top right corner of this webpage or through our ios or android app.
Can I access my medical record online?
Your member portal account will be linked with the Mount Sinai electronic health record system via a tool called MyChart. You may be asked to verify an existing MyChart account (if applicable) during the registration process.
To access your medical records, log in to the member portal and select “My Medical Record” on the dashboard.
Primary and Specialty Care
What primary care and urgent care services are offered virtually through The Health Center?
Our clinical care team will be able to provide most standard primary and urgent care services through video visits. Some examples of these services include:
- Ongoing treatment of chronic conditions (such as allergies & asthma, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), metabolic syndrome, and stress)
 - Allergies and mild allergic reactions
 - Back or joint pain
 - Colds or flu
 - COVID-19 screening
 - Cuts or scrapes
 - Headaches or migraines
 - Rashes or skin conditions
 - Sprains
 - Sinus infections
 
What specialty care services are available through The Health Center?
We offer a broad range of specialty care virtually, including physical therapy, behavioral health, dermatology, gynecology, cardiology, pulmonology, and nutrition counseling.
What is a Personal Health Navigator?
Personal Health Navigators assist you and your family with accessing and understanding health care services. Navigators can help you schedule an appointment with The Health Center team and elsewhere in the community, prepare for visits, coordinate your after-visit care, and answer questions about your health insurance plan. The service acts as an extension of our care. Our Health Center providers and Personal Health Navigators partner to ensure a seamless experience for you and your family.
The Personal Health Navigator service is available via chat through the member portal or via phone at 646-819-5100. This service is included with your membership and available for you and your spouse/dependents at no additional cost.
Do you provide virtual care visits?
Virtual visits are available, connected to your electronic health record, and conducted through a secure connection.
Please note that regulations differ by state and we may not be able to provide virtual care to members outside of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer pediatric care?
The Health Center provides care to individuals 18 years and older and does not currently provide pediatric care.
Do you offer COVID-19 testing?
Yes, whether you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have previously experienced symptoms, or are curious about antibody testing in general, we can set up a virtual visit to discuss your options and what testing, if any, makes sense for you. Contact our Personal Health Navigators to get started.
Do you have a prescription delivery service?
We leverage Capsule to ensure that your prescriptions can be delivered quickly to your home or office, though we will happily send prescription requests to the pharmacy of your choice. Capsule can deliver prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and devices to any address in the five boroughs of NYC, Rockland County, Westchester, Hoboken, Jersey City, Stamford, or Greenwich.
What if I have an emergency?
If you are experiencing an emergency, you should call 911 and/or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
What happens if I need care after hours?
Personal Health Navigators will be staffed Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST to support Paul Weiss employees and dependents by phone and secure chat. Video visits will be available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST. After business hours, we have an answering service that can help triage clinical questions via phone.
Membership
What are the membership options?
Paul, Weiss has sponsored a Virtual Essential Membership for its employees and their families. This includes access to Personal Health Navigators and primary care and specialty care providers through video visits.
The Health Center also offers a Premier Experience which: includes access to all virtual and on-site services at The Health Center as well as 24/7 care, a personal physician and health concierge, cutting-edge executive physical, in-home care, and more. If you are interested in upgrading your membership to our VIP Premier Experience, please contact us directly at membership@healthcenterhudsonyards.com.
How do I sign up for membership?
Paul, Weiss is sponsoring a Virtual membership for firm personnel, their spouses or domestic partners, and their adult children (ages 18 – 26). You can activate your membership online or through our iOS or Android app. Select “Sign up” and register using your work email. You will choose the “Employer-Sponsored Essential Membership” option. Once complete, you can schedule a virtual appointment and start your care.
Can my spouse or dependent use The Health Center?
Your spouse or dependent is eligible to receive virtual care through use The Health Center. Spouses, domestic partners, and adult children (ages 18-26) of Paul, Weiss employees should follow the same instructions to activate their Virtual Essential Membership. See instructions above.
They will require your Paul, Weiss email to verify eligibility but can include their preferred contact information during the registration process. You will receive an email confirmation on their behalf to your Paul, Weiss email. You will have to verify the account registration by clicking “confirm”, after which they can proceed to use their preferred email address.
How do I renew my membership?
You do not need to renew your membership annually. Membership renewals are managed by your employer.
I have a membership through my employer. Will I still have access to The Health Center if I leave my employer?
As your membership is sponsored by your employer, you would not be able to continue to access The Health Center under your employer-sponsored membership after you leave, unless otherwise specified by your employer upon termination. However, we would be happy to speak with you about a self-sponsored membership, as well as provide you with your medical records should you choose to seek care elsewhere.
