Family Medicine Physician

I partner with my patients to reduce their risk of chronic disease through prevention, precision medicine, and evidence-informed diagnostics, and am committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized care.”

Dr. Kristen Harvey is a board-certified family medicine physician and graduate of Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. She completed her residency in Family and Social Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center and earned a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is also board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine and completed training in medical acupuncture through SUNY Downstate’s Medical Acupuncture Certification Program. 

Over the course of her 20+ year career, Dr. Harvey has dedicated much of her work to caring for underserved and uninsured communities through direct primary care in nonprofit, municipal, and academic settings. Alongside her clinical practice, she has provided professional mentorship and leadership support.  

Recently, Dr. Harvey had the privilege of providing clinical care and medical leadership to the Diné of Northern Arizona through the Indian Health Services. She has also worked in hybrid and digital health care, as well as concierge medicine, on the West Coast. 

Dr. Harvey has a particular interest in women’s health, especially health concerns in midlife. She is very interested in evidence-based approaches to longevity and healthy aging and looks forward to partnering with patients as they navigate their individual health journeys.  

In her free time, Dr. Harvey enjoys spending time with her family, including her two rescue dogs, and is a novice potter and experienced world traveler.
