Rachel Blake, MD is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist specializing in office-based gynecology care and procedures. She is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has a special interest in contraceptive management, abnormal Pap tests, and perimenopause and menopause care. 

Before joining Mount Sinai, she was an attending OB/GYN at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA, and an instructor at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Blake earned her medical degree at Brown University’s Warren Alpert Medical School. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center affiliated with Harvard Medical School, where she received awards for excellence in colposcopy and office-based procedures.

Dr. Blake is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

In her free time, Dr. Blake enjoys spending time with her family, running, hiking, and traveling.
